Our Story:
One day the founder of the company, Brent Willett, was at a summer fair in Northern California. He was listening to one of the featured speakers who happened to be an expert and author on "superfood" nutrition. The speaker raved about the benefits of dark chocolate and how it can be combined with other ingredients for health benefits. Brent started experimenting and making tasty recipes inspired by the author's recently published book and suggestions and then shared his chocolate confections with friends and colleagues. Many people started urging Brent to go into business wholesaling his chocolate. Three years later Brent was in nearly 40 retail outlets with his original chocolate company called Holy Cacao Immaculate Confections.
Since then Brent has evolved his passion for food and entrepreneurship into this business called Cocoa Logos that manufactures chocolate for others, be it co-packing services for existing chocolate companies or private labeling options for individuals and businesses. This means anyone can put their business name on an healthy organic chocolate product.
As the founder and chief chocolate maker of Cocoa Logos, Brent has over 10 years and 15,000+ hours of chocolate making experience. Fair trade, clean ingredient sourcing, quality of service, and delicious taste profiles are all paramount foundations to his commitment to the success of this company.

Where did our name come from?
Chocolate comes from the cacao tree. It’s species is referred to as “Theobromine” which literally translates to “Food of the Gods”. For mainstream audience purposes, cocoa is a more recognizable term. Logos is Greek associated with meaning, message and consciousness right before it becomes “The Word". Thus was born Cocoa Logos = "The Message of Chocolate” or “Your Message Through Chocolate".
What is our niche?
Cocoa Logos has decided to be a WE company instead of a ME company. By being a manufacturer for multiple other chocolate brands. WE can play a more integral role through and influence the quality of the chocolate through multiple entities instead of just one.

There’s lots of chocolate companies out there. Cocoa Logos offers an ala carte chocolate co-packing and consulting services for our clients. We make premium low temperature processed stoneground organic chocolate bars for other companies and individuals. We specialize in adding premium botanical and functional ingredients into our bars that gives them exceptional nutritional benefits. We also make traditional crowd pleasing chocolate delights so everybody has an option to choose from.
